All orders are final. Likewise, all orders (other than custom commissions) will ship out within 5-7 business days of purchase. Although, I will always do my very best to resolve any issues that may arise, ultimately the artist is not responsible for damage that may occur during shipment.

On the chance that a package is held up in customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer and not the artist to resolve the issue. The artist is not responsible for extra custom fees.
